The website

This website is operated by KHANCustoms (trading name — to be confirmed). It presents made-to-order traditional crafts. All content (text, imagery, layout) belongs to KHANCustoms or is used under the licences listed on our credits page; please do not reuse product photographs without asking.

How a commission works

1. You enquire with a piece, your chosen options and your measurements.
2. We reply with the confirmed specification, quoted price and delivery date.
3. Work begins once you approve, and normally against a deposit; the balance is due before dispatch. Payment methods are confirmed in your quotation.
4. Made-to-order pieces are produced to the agreed specification and inspected against it before dispatch.

Bespoke goods, fit and changes

Because every piece is made to your measurements and choices, commissions are not returnable as of right. If a piece does not match the confirmed specification, we will correct it. The precise remake and cancellation terms for your commission are stated in your quotation — please read them before approving.

Lead times, shipping and duties

Lead times are ranges per craft and confirmed per order. International orders may attract import duties and taxes in your country; the shipping arrangement and expected duties are stated in your quotation before you confirm.

Website content

Product pages that show historic museum pieces label them as such; commissions are new works made within those traditions. Craft descriptions on this site are provided in good faith for general information.

Governing terms

The applicable trading entity and jurisdiction for contracts will be stated in quotations and confirmed here before launch.
